Loading-Unloading mechanism (multilift) MPR-1, MPR-2Demountable loading-Unloading mechanism (analogue of MULTILIFT system) MPR (hooklift with hydraulic drive) is installed on trucks URAL, KamAZ, MAZ and serves as the main part of module transportations. Their essence is that truck, equipped with MPR can transport demountable bodies of different function (containers, platforms, cabs, tanks, urban ore bunker). With all this going on the trucks, used with two or three reversible demountable bodies, stand idle at the loading points for considerably less time as demountable bodies are filled in the absence of the automobile, which at the same time transports other bodies. The hook grab, unlike the cable one, permits to solve a problem of safety (the absence of cable breakdown and cables foldover), and has technological, operational and speed advantages. MPR can load a functional module on truck (or unload it ) without any help of some other loading unit. The bodies can be unloaded in a tipping way with lifting angle of 50 degrees. The use of recycling crane considerably reduces operational expenses as it does not require additional lifting units successfully replaced by only one MPR.

The use of demountable bodies of different constructions gives the possibility to use Demountable loading-unloading mechanism (MPR) in different kinds of national economy::

  • municipal engineering – removal of urban ore;
  • road economy -  carrying out repair works and road maintenance (one automobile with  ÌÏÐ and different bodies  can be used not only as a garbage truck, but also a sand spreading machine, watering machine);
  • building industry – removal of bulk waste, transportation of concrete mixers, compressors, fuel servicing truck’s bodies, construction equipment, road and other machinery;
  • agriculture – crops transporting body in spring and in autumn, sand spreader and snow plough in winter.
  • oil and gas industry – transportation of any accommodation and non-accommodation blocks
  • timber complex – transporting of timber and lumber waste, forestry equipment, fire extinguishing.
