Attached manipulator loader PMN-30 is used for mechanization of materials-handling, excavation and construction operations at factory-farms and other enterprises.

Attached manipulator loader includes: hydraulic crane with fork grapple, frame with controlled bulldozer blade, outriggers and haulage-hitch-mechanism.

The mounting bases are new and conventional tractors MTZ-80 (82) and their modifications.        The construction of the loader permits to install and dismantle hydraulic crane quickly and easily, giving the possibility: to use the tractor all-the-year-round as a universal tractor when carrying out field operations and as a loader at the other works; to use the tractor as a means of transport without dismantling the crane; to serve the loader by only one operator.

The efficient application of changeable working parts provides high rate of productivity of the loader and its versatility.
