Timber assortment truck with technological equipment MAZ ( timber assortment truck TOM-70.2) is used for transportation timber assortments of more than 6 m length.

Timber assortments truck consists of carrier chassis and special equipment:

• timber assortments truck frame, which is a chassis base for mounting timber carrying equipment and hydraulic loader;
• (non-swinging) front log bunks for piling and fixation logs;
• timber assortments truck guard – for protection the cab from damage when loading or transporting timber.

On the rear part of truck cargo bed hydraulic loaders OMTL-70-01, OMTL-70-02, OMTL-70-03, OMTL-70-04, OMTL-97, OMTL-97-04 are installed.
